My Polish is a little rusty, but I think it was a commentary concerning the relative merits of Obama vs Clinton, in scope of the fact that the tuba player was using a mouthpiece intended for a Kaiser Alexander, thus the shank had been reduced, which caused a blip in the genealogical research being done online at the University of Gdansk.
When he asked the tubist about this, the response was "186".
The follow up question was concerning the 2 young women shown. I can't post the full question, nor the response, for fear of embarrassing bigdog90210.
