I am accompanying guitar/vocalist John Reno at a house concert in Seattle.
We flew out from Mobile, Alabama. My tuba was shipped out a week earlier via U.P.S. ground. Tuba got out there and back with no new damage other than what 70 years and my playing have done to it.

Here's one of me playing a bit on the organ at the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City. It was only for a few minutes, but it was a great few minutes! Sorry for the poor quality, my wife thought quickly and pulled out our digital camera, so at least I have some record of it!

This is my bass/contrabass trombone comparison. My camera does/did suck (it's gone now) and I could only do live uploads, so my videos are not at all polished and are kind of out there. The contra is out of state now being borrowed and slicked up so I am looking forward to getting that back and making a halfway decent video for once!

Definately not our or my best performance (I really killed us on That's a Plenty), but it's not bad. I don't usually carry that much over the group - the hall really carried me alot, and we had to modify our setup for the stage, which was about ten feet deep MAYBE. Look at me making excuses....nevermind.

Thank you for your kind comment the Regent has a Bb bigger brother that is still used by John Gannon who has played it from new in the band he is 94 and has just bought himself a Jupiter Bb still has good lungs and a lovely fat tone.
I played the Regent for about a year solid and then on and off for long parades I hated it at the time but think better of it now.
