Backward marching--why? Yes, I know the reason given. This tends to show the folly of that practice. We ask students to trust that nothing goes wrong. And, we know that nothing can possibly go wrong, go wrong, gowrong, gorong....

The person that thought to let tuba players march backwards obviously has never met a tuba player.
