Farewell for now, Folks...

Post by docpugh »

I'm writing to let you all know that I must bid you a temporary farewell. I'm going to Texas for the Army Medical Corps Officers Basic Course. After ten weeks there, I'm moving to my first assignment at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. So to all you Washington DC area folks: look out, here I come!

I wish I could have gotten to more of the requests posted on this forum. However, the last few weeks of my surgery residency have taken up all of my time. My wife is also about to deliver our second child any day now; hopefully I'll have a picture of him to post before I leave.

Keep on posting all your great pix while I'm gone. I'll talk to you all in September!

Darrell

To both of you -- with family and career -- all the best.

He is a Captain afterall. Beer is for us lowly Sergeants.

Drive? We've got the Metro subway system here in DC! :D :D

I think they thought of that when they designed the system -- it's almost difficult to take the wrong one. ;)
