Who's playing tuba?

Edit: Never mind, I found it. His name is Michel Godard.

What do you mean there's only three low brass instruments?

Contrabass trombone

Trombonium (a Conn exclusive from many years ago)

Tenor Horn (using a larger mouthpiece than the "French" horn)

Cimbasso (created about 45 years ago by a musicologist in the former German Democratic Republic)

and I bet there are others.

Dave Bargeron and Michel Godard have also released two jazz CDs (TubaTuba and TubaTubaTu) where both play tuba, as well as serpent and saxhorn, with drums and an accordeon. I have both and really like them.

And he's playing on an old Besson 3 valve compensator!.....a man after my own heart. I have one I use for teaching but I am not worthy of carrying his shoes.

Dave only came to playing euphonium and tuba when he had to teach 'em in public schools back in the late '60s. Not bad for a late beginner!
