Seems like a lot of Youtube stuff has almost nothing in the way of basic information - you would think whoever posted it would be proud to say!

The Yuba artist in question is Doug Mattsey, a former USAF Bandsman and now a middle school band director in Macomb, Illinois. Doug studied with Ed Livingston at Illinois State University in the 90's and has a ton of personality, as you can tell from the video.
