The group is the Dallas Symphony Brass Quintet playing on WFAA in Dallas (duh! )

I have never met Mr. Good, but I believe that is him playing on a B&S F tuba and, you guessed it, a Blokepiece!

No B&S expert here, but that looks like a MW F tuba to me- 3rd valve tubing in front of the bell, 4th valve tubing going above the top bow,.....
