This is a gorgeous piece... and wonderfully performed by Mr. Bobo. I recently found the sheet music to play this in church. As it's public domain, you can find it here for free:
Schubert, Serenade - Swan song (IV) D 957
It's for trumpet in 'C' (with piano) so you'll have to read it down an octave. NOTE: The first page (cover pg) of the pdf has some weird margin set so I had to skip printing pg-1 and start printing from pg-2. Otherwise the some of the bottom staff of the piano is cut off.

I think it probably began as this song (Ständchen) though. (I first heard it sung by my daughter at McGill).

Serenade - Swan Song is an appropriate piece to end ones career. Go out while you are still playing impeccably.

Thank you for the link. +1 to everything that has been said.
Listening to his vinyl recordings as a young tuba student had as much impact on me as anything else. His artistry is unique.

(I'll never forget the time as a high school student when I went into my private lesson ready to play the hell out of the Hindemith Sonata cadenza. I had listened to Bobo's recording ad nauseam, but I hadn't done the work to analyze the rhythmic structure - basically trying to copy without understanding what I was doing. I finished the cadenza with the full assumption that my private teacher - Wesley Branstine - was going to dump praise all over me. Instead I got this "What the hell did you just do?" look from him. I learned more from that 3-second look than I learned from many full lessons.)
