Rex Conner
Found a collection of old photos of the University of Kentucky faculty. I've never seen a picture of Rex Conner before. Here he is. First full-time tuba professor in the USA, picture taken in 1960, the year he was hired.

Thanks so much for posting that photo of Rex. I had the honor of studying eith him in 1961 and 1962. A great teacher, and a great musician. Once again, thank you for the photo.
