Here's a live recording of our orchestra playing an old tune from 1910, that's got some great tuba licks, especially at the end. It's a fun one to play.

Well that was fun - BUT - before I knew it your next video started up with Scott Joplin's Entertainer - half way through it a hot woman dances across stage wearing nothing more than pasties under a sheer nightie. Now that's a crowd pleaser!
Can you elaborate a bit - was that a regular Ragtime Feature back in the day or just something you came up with to keep the tuba player interested.

Ahh, overshadowed by a beautiful woman again...
Our orchestra presents an annual Ragtime Extravaganza that highlights the vaudeville, ragtime and burlesque eras of American entertainment. We combine varieties of dance (burlesque, tap, chorus), comedy, magic, musical acts, etc into a fast paced evening variety show. The idea is to show that this music was cutting edge popular entertainment in its time and give audiences an experience that is fun, unique and memorable.
Here's an example of a stunningly beautiful number by Miss Miranda, a London/LA burlesque dancer that joined us this year:

Here she is joined by NYC trumpeter Jon-Erik Kellso and the band:

Here's a number with ensemble dancers:

And here's one with a terrific hoofer (Biance Revels) dancing to a ragtime era dance tune:

It's a fun show. Thanks.

As I started watching the first video you posted, the music stand off to your right caught my eye. It has MTF printed on it but I sure thought that was a "W" at first glance .... back to the show.

I thought the same thing! I guess our minds think alike. MTF stands for Michigan Theater Foundation. WTF is universally known.
