It’s probably the least tuba thing I’ve done, but I’m really proud of it.

Curious about the names - any reason for using Norwegian?

Thank you. It means a lot.
Originally we were calling the group Gröt, which is some sort of rice pudding kind of dish that Colin’s grandmother used to make.

We found out later there was a free jazz group in town called Gröd so we had to change it.

We decided to keep searching in Norwegian for a name and settled on Åndedyr (spirit animals ) and figured let’s keep going on name our tunes in Norwegian.

If you want the track names in English I can get those to you.
