I made it into All-County Band (2nd chair out of 4 and knowing two out of the three other guys!)!

I think I did pretty well on the audition given my mindset that the judge, a local low brass man, would tear me a third, fourth and fifth ear hole.

If 15 minutes = saving of 15%, does 100 minutes = saving of 100%?

Sounds like math simple enough for even me. Let's see. With that logic, it should take only a minute at 7000 degrees. Now that would be one hot oven.

Now let me see. If I practice 5 hours to learn....
