Had exactly ONE trick-or-treater person tonight. That's a record. We usually don't have any!
Now after all that excitement... I'm settling down to a triple Jameson's! Life is good.

Spending my Christmas morning with another Raven's Brew coffee: Deadman's Reach. Good coffee to start the day: dark roast with a caffeine boost. T'was a Glenfidditch on Christmas Eve. Probably a dark ale tonight; Bad Santa or an Ill Tempered Gnome, depending on what Santa brings.

Re: What are YOU drinking right now?
Well... two parties of in-laws/out-laws have been here and gone. Another one (yeah.... multiple marriages does that!) just arrived and the Christmas open house at The Schultz's rages on. I'm still walking just fine! ... only had five or six of the LeinenKugel/Shiner brews since 10am. I think I'll make it through the rest of the evening just fine... even if we break out the 'Midnight' and 'Jamesons'. The last one was a Leinenkugel's 'wheat berry' that was rather pleasant.Ace wrote:Dan, be sure not to do any delicate repair work this afternoon.TubaTinker wrote:Nothing interesting.... yet!

A very good Irish Breakfast Tea as I return from the depths of pneumonia. I have been informed by SWMBO that I will demonstrate my return to health when I am back consuming strong coffee. Not quite there yet...

Burial Beer Company's Skillet Donut Stout, a stout brewed with Counter Culture coffee. One of (if not) my favorite coffee stouts.

Re: What are YOU drinking right now?
You know, I haven't been to one since moving here... But silly Minnesota won't allow grocery stores to sell beer. So unless its a separate shop adjacent o the Aldi, no dice.
FWIW, a few years back.I went to.Berlin, and there was an Aldi near my hotel. Plentiful, cheap beer.
