This past Saturday was no exception, and I had raw sewage coming out of every drain and flooding the bathrooms. Must be something the neighbors are flushing. ....

Good luck, Marty! Sorry that you've got to put up with that crap (literally and figuratively). Can you complain to the city about these conditions? I hope the rent is cheap, at least!

I've never heard so many sentences end in the word "so" before.
The reason we do that is to leave an appropriate amount of space in the conversation after we finish talking so our brains can get the translator in gear before you begin to speak. So...................
