It's probably time to start charging more for some (regular/less-than-an-ounce) letters than others, based on distance and inconvenience of delivery...but that wouldn't be "egalitarian", would it?...and that wouldn't improve the morale of the employees...as (just as a reminder) postal workers are unionized, so the whole job mentality promoted by their representatives is "us vs. them".

Actually... they were sent 1st class postage and should have been there no later than LAST Thursday! Maybe the FEDS though those little round things were some sort of contraband. Duh!

I sent a valve section to Anderson on the same day and haven't gotten the return receipt back yet. Hell... Elkhart is only five hours north of here. For that matter... you are only about 3 1/2 hours south.


This makes me wish I had not looked at "off topic" !!!!!!!!!!
