The problem is that you still need a permit to carry a concealed tornister tuba. :(
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

I guess the question is how fat do you have to be in order to conceal a tuba?

I would guess it is for the same reason as concealing a weapon.

It's a disguised ruse to try to put local tuba clinics out of business by imposing artificial restrictions of residency requirements and immediate availability of advanced technical services.

Reason For Concealed Tuba Amendment;--------------------------------Many of us possess a stable of 4, 6 , or in my case 12 Tubas -------It is increasingly difficult to persuade spouses to allow more Tubas into the house -------Therefore the Local Tuba Lobying *** in NC proposed this amendment to allow Tuba players as many Tubas as they would like by concealing them from family.----------Local law-enforcement predicts domestic violence in the Tuba community will be reduced by at least 50%.
