Just wanting to know if anyone here will be taking this audition. I know I will be there. I will fly back from NEC in September to get my *** handed to me :( .

What's up with all the bass bone openings?Just like tubas a few years back...

I have no clue, but this is a good time for all the college folks and younger folks. You have to think, when will be the next time HSO, or NYP, or La Phil will open again. Jim Markey got NYP at a very young age, so God knows when he will leave, who would want to give up the NYP spot?
