To further clarify, both the Eb and BBb openings have their own separate audition lists and the audition for both positions will take place simultaneously. Each candidate will be asked if they wish to audition for Eb, BBb, or both positions. The committee will ask excerpts from one or both audition lists depending on the preference of each candidate. Only one “solo of choice” is required regardless of which audition is taken. Actual BBb or Eb tubas are not required but large horns for the BBb position and smaller horns for the Eb position are preferred. Thanks for your time, and good luck to those who decide to audition!

Is it too late to send in a resume? If not, when do you need the resume by?

Thanks!

I don't believe its too late, but the thing to do would be to contact personnel manager Bernie Black as listed above. Worst he can say is "no."

Good luck!

Congratulations to Sam Buccigrossi (Eb) and Dan Castillo (BBb) on becoming the newest members of the River City Brass Band! Both played great auditions, both are good guys and we're excited to have them. Congrats again...and Go Dawgs!
