Yeah, you're a bit late for anything for the coming academic year, that is, unless a school has one that has to drop out for some unexpected reason, at which point, there might be an emergency post here on TubeNet looking for a replacement. I know, however, that John Stevens at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has a TA that will be finishing his degree at the end of next year. So you could audition for that spot to start Fall 2010. You might want to check at the University of Colorado at Denver, they typically have a TA spot, but I'm not sure on when it will be open.
