Hello all,
The Atlantic Brass Quintet & the Triton Brass Quintet are gearing up for another great summer full of brass seminars. The ABQ Seminar will again be held at Boston University this summer, 7/26-8/7. All info may be found at: http://www.bu.edu/bands/concert/chamber ... index.html" target="_blank" target="_blank

Faculty: Atlantic Brass Quintet, John Manning, Tuba, Univ of Iowa Professor
Triton Brass Quintet, Jobey Wilson, Tuba, Boston College Professor

If these dates do not work with your schedule, please also check atlanticbrassquintet.com in the upcoming weeks for info on their one-week Seminar in Sonoma, CA, and Triton will also return to Tanglewood in July to teach the Wind Ensemble & Chamber Music programs at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute.

Everyone: go to this! This workshop is Intensive with a capital I and is a surefire way to combat the lazy summers of "resting our chops" that we college types are so prone to experience. Plus, if you can muster up the energy in between playing your face off every day and partying hard in Boston every night, Jobey and John (dare I say the dynamic duo?) will happily hook you up with some one-on-one lesson time when they're not kicking quintets' butts all over the campus.

Seriously, go. You will meet, hear, and become great players.
