I have very fond memories of Mr. Lemon from my undergrad days at West Texas. He would come out and play football on band Fridays after rehearsals, with his short-shorts, button-down shirts, and mid-70's boston celtic socks on. What a character. That guy has more brass knowledge than I could ever hope to have.

yeah, he's the one who plays the commencment ceremonies, and Cale, he still plays football. haha

The first round of playing auditions for tuba canidates was last week and was told there were a few very promising canidates so far...will keep everyone posted.

Congratulations to Jeremy Lewis, the new Assosiate Professor of Tuba/Euphonium at West Texas A&M University (as far as I know).
