Hello all!

I have an upcoming graduation in the studio and therefore an open Tuba Graduate Assistantship beginning Fall 2025. It's a thriving studio (300% growth in the last two years) in a city built off music. New music building, great faculty. Full time tuition covered (9 hrs/semester) + $9000/yr stipend + health insurance.

The Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music offers MM, DMA, PhD, and AD. There IS possible financial assistance even if not chosen to receive the assistantship. I am actively searching for several non-assistantship graduate students as well!

Responsibilities include performing tuba with the graduate brass quintet, performing in school ensembles, and possible applied instruction of minors and non-majors in the studio (depending on studio size and my faculty load requirements).

Audition Days are:
December 7, 2024
January 25, 2025 (virtual only)
February 22, 2025
March 1, 2025
(March 1 is the priority deadline for financial consideration)
