I know BUTI will notify people in the first week of April, Emf might have something right before April 1st.

fyi,

Texas Fesival= Round Top international Summer Music Festival

and there is no tuba teacher, John Kitzman( DSO Principal trombone, and proff. of trombone at SMU) is the low brass instructor.

Texas Music Festival and Round Top are two separate festivals. TMF is held at the University of Houston and Dave Kirk is the teacher. I don't know much about Round Top except it is in Texas.

TMF has already found a tuba player, so maybe next year?

EDIT: And upon further review, I noticed you are a bass trombonist. Don't know if they've accepted someone or not for that instrument.

I was about to post, and saw that a couple of people beat me to it...

Derek, when I clicked on the Google search link you provided, the FIRST result was the one you're looking for.

Enjoy.
