I dont know much euphonium works but if you like vivaldi's work then you might like some of Bendetto Marcello's work, I know there are sonatas arranged for tuba and euphonium. as far as presenting your lyricall or technical abilities your going to want to show a technical work and a lyrical work. look at the audition requirements for some of the colleges you are considering it should give you an idea of what to prepare. Good Luck

One of my favorites, and one i will most likely be playing next semester (the euphonium part on tuba) is Introduction and Dance by Barat, great piece, and an amazing recording by Bobo on Bobissimo.

Check the websites of music schools you're interested in. Sometimes they ask you to play something specific.

I think one of the Marcello sonatas might be the student Falcone piece - if you audition with that (and you're planning to enter Falcone) you can kill two birds with one stone.

What I would recommend is to pick two contrasting pieces. Keep both of them short, but have both of them demostrate your highest abilities... just my 2 cents.
