potomac 2007?

i was wandering around the internet today and noticed that there is a message on one of the potomac summer academy sites about there being no euph./tuba competition this year...can anyone confirm that? is this news to anyone, or am i the last person to find out?

I understood it was a time/money issue - but it might be back next year or sometime in the future.
