Lest I be misinterpreted, let me reitrate that I am absolutly in awe of ALL of the performances and performers that I heard at the Falcone Festival, including those of the adjudicators, BLFAC faculty, and Falcone competitors. Congratulations (again) to all.

However, I will maintain my own sense of preferred "sound" and do not think I am being a "troll" by commenting on one persons sound over anothers. In point of fact, I believe that Beth McDaniel's "sound" differentiated her from her other very worthy competitors in the Tuba competition.
