Congratulations to the winners of the five competitions held at the Southeast Regional Tuba and Euphonium Conference this past weekend. The solo winners, Jesse Rackley on Euphonium and Brian McBride on tuba gave impressive performances of the Gordon Jacob "Fantasia" and the Rolf Wilhelm "Concertino" respectively with the 440th US Army Band on the final conference concert.
