Re: Springfield
Bad link. Are you referring to Springfield, MO, where Kelly O'Bryant plays?

Re: Springfield
I think that is a different orchestra. There are 35 different towns, townships, and cities named Springfield in the United States, five in Wisconsin alone! The orchestra's website seems to be down right now, so I can't check where this orchestra is located. Probably crashed from all the unemployed tuba players trying to access it at the same time.Todd S. Malicoate wrote:Bad link. Are you referring to Springfield, MO, where Kelly O'Bryant plays?

When I looked, it said Springfield OH.
"We can avoid humanity's mistakes"
"Like the tuba!"
"Like the tuba!"

Link works fine. Read the fine print on the right side of the webpage. Ohio, near Dayton.

Yep...working fine now. It may have just been a brief outage of their site. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Springfield
Greetings all,
Just to head off any questions... Yes, I am the personnel manager. However, for this audition, I am stepping back from my role so that there will be no questions regarding the audition. I was hired on a couple years ago as personnel manager ONLY... Matt Borger was the principal tubist at the time. He has decided to resign, as he is extremely busy working for the Dayton Philharmonic in an administrative capacity. There will now be an open audition for the chair, and yes, I am taking the audition. That being said, I will be a candidate just like all others. There will be no preferential treatment. I am just a free to lose it as anyone
