Re: Univ. of Memphis Grad Assistantship for Fall 2010Hello All,
I just wanted to write a brief and un-solicited post to recommend Kevin Sanders. I have known Kevin for most of my career as a tuba player and have always valued his advice musically, and for ALL things tuba related. He has always been a great inspiration to me for his great work ethic, knowledge of music, and the music business. While a teacher/student relationship is a personal thing, and a decision that must ultimately be decided by the prospective student, I have the utmost respect for Kevin personally, and for everything down on the low end! Best of luck to those who are applying, Dennis Nulty Principal Tuba Detroit Symphony Orchestra

Re: Univ. of Memphis Grad Assistantships for Fall 2012I'm actually graduating in may with my performance degree and starting the application/audition process as several schools for my Graduate study. This is definitely a school to look in to.

Re: Univ. of Memphis Grad Assistantships for Fall 2012Somewhat tempting, but I'm too old and not sure I'd want to move back to Memphis. Say hi to "Doc" McKay, though.
