Hello all,
A bit late notice, but I wanted to let any students know about auditions for
Jersey City University happening on April 9th! The school has great ensembles,
amazing teachers, and is close to the City.

The biggest attraction to the school might also be the tuition; it's very low
for New Jersey, and depending on your grades/SAT, you can get a full waiver.
Not bad.

There are talent-based scholarships as well.
For general information, please contact Dr. Gilles Brenard, the brass chair
at the school.

Also, I will be giving a recital at the school on April 7th, 8pm in Rossey 101 (Ingalls Recital Hall).
There is a recent post on the Upcoming Events page with details.
And finally, as a tuba student you would be studying with me, so please email with any questions
you have about me, my approach, how many mouthpieces I have, etc.

In short, I've been lucky enough to study with some really great teachers (Scott
Mendoker, Warren Deck, Toby Hanks, Alan Baer, Steve Norrell, to name a few), so
if even half of what I've learned from these people gets through to you....you'll learn
a lot!
Cheers,
Dan
