The University of Central Arkansas is proud to announce the first annual Low Brass Festival to be held at UCA May 20th-May 21st.

A day and a half of great concerts, masterclasses, and lectures by some of the top artists in our field! The best part is--it's all FREE! Guest artists include Charles Villarrubia, Tim Smith, Kevin Sanders, Jamie Lipton, and Jared Lantzy.

For registration information and all the other details, visit http://www.uca.edu/music" target="_blank and click the link at the bottom of the homepage for the festival info.

Also, I'd like to announce that there will be a solo competition held during the festival as well. Registration is very affordable and I'm working on a great package of prizes. There are two divisions (young artist and artist) and repertoire is up to you! Visit the website for more information!

Hope to see you all in Conway!

Currently sitting a block down the road from Henderson State University where Dr. Lipton teaches. Wish I could be at UCA tomorrow to attend the masterclasses!
