(Did a quick search and could not find a definitive answer) What is Louisville's current status with the AFM?

That was the conclusion I came to as well, however its disconcerting when you can find 20 postings that say "Louisville Orchestra placed on AFM unfair list" versus a grand total of 0 saying "Louisville taken off AFM unfair list."

If anyone has definitive confirmation, I'd appreciate knowing. Thanks in Advance!

As far as I know the Louisville Orchestra management has a contract with its musicians and the musicians are part of the AFM. Here is a news story about that contract.
