Louisville orchestra
Anybody hear any results? I know they kept 5 from Friday and possibly 1 from Saturday. total of 82 auditioned from what I found out on Saturday. I was #73 they kept #71- I missed it by 2 numbers! If I had been #71 I would have gone to the second round!

Re: Louisville orchestra
David McLemore said on FB that they took 11. Just heard from a Peabody friend that there are three going to super finals: David McLemore, Seth Horner, and one other. That's quite a crew!

Not that it's anyone's business, but I think he found a better situation for himself elsewhere. I don't know any details and wouldn't post if I did. If you are hoping for drama, you won' t find any.snorlax wrote:Why did the current occupant of the chair leave?

Re: Louisville orchestra
Congratulations to John DiCesare, winner of the Louisville Orchestra Principal Tuba position! I've never known anyone to work more diligently, calmly, intelligently, and with more class than John. Great to see his work pay off.
