One more bump for the 2015 NERTEC competitions with an extended application deadline of March 1.

The music for all of our solo competitions is similar to the required music for the Falcone Festival competitions. We also have the same March 1 deadline. Continue your work on this material by competing at NERTEC and playing for our distinguished judging panels:

The 2013 NERTEC had several competitions with a top prize of over $2000! We hope to have similar cash prizes this year. In addition to the individual prizes, the Mock Orchestra Tuba Audition winners will play in a master class with Warren Deck, the Solo Artist Tuba winners will play in a master class with Dan Perantoni, and the Solo Artist Euphonium winners will play in a master class with Steve Mead. The winners of the Tuba/Euphonium Quartet Competition will be featured in a conference performance alongside EUFONIX.

The deadline for the 2015 NERTEC SOLO ARTIST EUPHONIUM competition has been extended to March 19 due to low entries. The preliminary recording for this competition is the same as the Falcone Festival competition and we expect to award a similar top prize. In addition, the winners of this competition will have the opportunity to perform in a master class with Steve Mead at the conference. Don't miss your chance to participate!
