Laughlin, Nevada

Am looking to start a couple of music groups sometime after I am finished with my work in Africa (I should be back in Needles late May, early June), no earlier than mid September.

For the tuba ensemble, I'm looking to have four euphoniums and four tubas. We will be using my own arrangements which tend to be very flexible. The music is of the popular genre and professionalism is expected. This is a great opportunity for retirees. Am negotiating with a couple of casinos who would love to have a tuba ensemble as the house band. The job would be to provide dinner music to be ignored by. It isn't enough to be a primary occupation, although there is always that possibility. I will continue writing obituaries and doing historical research.

I live in Las Vegas, would these be for the casinos here or in Laughlin?

I am the principal tubist with the Las Vegas Philharmonic, and I am also interested.

Great guys. When I get back to Needles from South Africa in June I will fill you in on the details. We could use a few more players. Eurphonium players too.
