I think it says by the 15th, but I don't know if they are posting it on the website before or after they "email/mail/phone results"
Maybe we'll know tomorrow...

i didn't notice this because i had popup blocker on but the page now says they'll let people know by the end of march. oh well...sorry for wasting your time
