Re: Boise Philharmonic
I asked about the date discrepancy and I was informed the reason was they're coordinating with Boise State University who is looking for a tuba professor.

Re: Boise Philharmonic
Interesting. I haven't seen any postings about Boise State looking for a professor. Thanks for the information!

Re: Boise Philharmonic
Hi all,
The date did in fact change because of tuba instructor vacancy at Boise State. We will be working concurrently with the Boise Philharmonic to hire an Adjunct Instructor of Tuba to teach lessons, tuba-euphonium ensemble, and play with the faculty brass quintet. The most desirable outcome of the process would be to have the same person fill both roles for the orchestra and the university, although this is not guaranteed. We do require a completed bachelors degree (masters preferred) in music to be considered for an adjunct position at the university.
Interested applicants will need to apply separately for the Boise State position, and see the position announcement at: http://music.boisestate.edu/wp-content/ ... f-Tuba.pdf
Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions!
