Kean University- low brass openings geared toward Music Ed.

Post by Tuboxchef »

Kean University has openings starting Fall 2016 for graduating high school seniors in tuba, euphonium, AND trombone. Kean is a wonderful place to study if you are a NJ/NY resident, and has a 100% job placement rate for its graduating Seniors. This school is especially suited for music education (we also offer degrees in music performance), and is geared toward getting you out in the music field, ready to teach bands, orchestras, as well as teaching privately. So far my graduates have scored high school band teaching gigs, as well as military band gigs!

Kean's campus is located 20 miles from New York City, and has ample mass transits options to help you get around the area and around the state. The University is also one of the most affordable colleges in New Jersey, meaning you can work toward making money for minimal $$$. We have scholarship money available on a merit basis.

One of the hidden gems of this school is the AMAZING state-of-the-art recital hall, Enlow Recital Hall. It hosts some of the top talent in the world, and also houses some of the most state-of-the-art recording equipment. The sound in this recital hall is AWESOME, and is perfectly suited toward performing recitals, concerts, and doing recordings.

I will be happy to offer a FREE lesson to all applicants on tuba, euphonium, or trombone. Please contact for more information.
