The US Army Band, "Pershing's Own" audition tapes

The results are done. We have a list of 9 people being invited and 4 alternates. The packets with music selections will hopefully arrive this week at the invitees mailing addresses.

The top half of the tapes, IMO, were overall pretty strong. We received about 50 audition packets. There were a few which were outstanding. Some really impressive stuff. Some others provided moments of levity.

I can't post the names in the public forum of those invited. People should be contacted relativelly shortly.

audition has not happened yet. It is this month. I have been on leave off and on for nearly 3 weeks now, so I have not gotten any new info.
