Hi Tubenet,

I have one opening for a MM euphonium performance student at the University of Tennessee for fall 2017. Parallel to that opening we also have an opening for an assistantship with the UT bands, also starting in fall 2017. This assistantship involves various organizational duties with both the "Pride of the Southland" UT marching band and the UT concert bands, and covers full tuition and a stipend. The band directors and I are particularly interested in keeping the assistantship available for my incoming euphonium grad student, as it has been this year and last.

BUMP FOR Dr. Lapins

We just had Dr. Lapins as a guest artist at LRU and Furman. You will miss not taking advantage of the opportunity to work with him! He's a great artist and teacher and I am excited to see where his career takes him. And yes, he's a versatile performer on euphonium and tuba. Plus, what amazing facilities they have at UT-K.
