Is this a salary position or is it per-service?

I am so happy for Chance! As the first graduate assistant to begin his degree during my time at WMU, he has proven to be one of the hardest working students I have ever had. He does everything with an easy going attitude, and a smile on his face. It definitely made the beginning of my tenure an exciting experience for me - I feel fortunate to have worked with him.

Chance has a natural musicianship that shines in an ensemble setting, and Fort Wayne is going to love having him in the group. I cant wait to hear him play with the orchestra some day soon.

We are all very proud of his success!

And a John Stevens beard. Must be something about the beard... :)

Anyway, enough from me. Congrats to the winner!
