Congrats to Craig Knox! I just read his bio, and it said he is a Conn-Selmer artist. Did he win the audition with Conn? Not that I have anything against the instrument or the company, but it seems like I haven't heard anyone win a major audition with Conn yet. If it's so, it will be a great boost for the company.

I thought that maybe Kyle Turner using a Conn with the NY Phil. would do something....Anyways, Congrats!!!

I've always thought that Craig is one of the best players out there. He's had this coming and has deserved this for a long time. Congrats, Craig!

Was he playing in Milwakee (Sp) Symphony until they had another audition this June?

actually, steve campbell was the guy in milwaukee until the end of this season.

my question: who were the rest of the finalists for pittsburgh?
