College positions

Post by tuneitup »

It seems like there were many openings for college positions. Who got which position? I heard Deanna Swoboda got Western Michigan, and Brian Kiser got Youngstown State, as well as Andrew Tucker at Southern Illinois.

Congrats to all!

What happened to Mike Dunn, who, last I heard, was teaching at U. Alabama?

I'm not sure which college town Mike will enjoy most!

Surely he still likes to (ahem) imbibe beverages as much now as he did 12 years ago at ASU when I knew him...

Congrats to them both! Demondrae and I played in a Tuba/Euph quartet at the Raphael Mendez Brass Institute back in 1993. Even though I've been out of the scene for a while, it's nice to see folks that I knew way back when gettin' them good gigs!
