Congratulations to trumpeter Justin Emerich, who, pending contract negotiations, becomes the newest member of the Canadian Brass. Awesome player. He replaces Charles Lazarus.

A one year 4th trumpet audition was held a couple of weeks ago and it was won by Marty Hodel. He's the trumpet professor at St Olaf. Great guy and player. Bravo Marty!
