I think most of us know who it was, and if we didn't, the name is staring in our faces!! So, which one is he in the picture and did he also play bass? Thanks for the picture, I love this history stuff.

I have the Tubby recording with Danny Kaye and it's wonderful. I never could find who it was definitively, but I now know it was George Boujie. Thank you very much for this information and picture. You're father truly was very gifted. And might I also say that he looks to have been in extremely good shape for a tuba player. Maybe I should get into boxing instead of playing X-Box. hehe.
