ok, so if you've seen the movie you know what im talking about. the orchestra was AWESOME. who was the tuba player? and for that matter, who was the bass trombonist? geez, i feel like i need to take a shower.

I've seen the musical before, so I wasn't shocked by the plot, but, yes, the effects seemed to be completely overboard. I thought Johnny Depp did a good job, but I did not like the job Helena Bonham Carter did. That role was better played in the musical I saw.Chuck Jackson wrote:... but very disturbing on many levels.

agreed. i new a vague outline of the plot but i had forgotten it was rated R. i agree, the affects were a little overboard but i think it was for the shock effect (and they did their job!) i thought really everyone did a great job minus helena even though her character was extremely entertaining.
so the music was done in london? anybody know the bass trombone and tuba?
