I'm not sure about the Boston recording, but the Colin Davis London Symphony LP has some pics in the book that came witht he set. Shows a great shot of the main brass group. You can see Denis Wick, John Fletcher, and Frank Mathison. As well as 3 other tuba players. One of which I believe is Paul Lawrence and his Besson CC. What a blast that must have been to record. Its also a spectacular recording by the way. The Boston recording lost alot of impact from the trombones. Another great recording is the Bavarian Radio Orchestra with Charles Munch. Not sure if its available on CD though.
