Yep, that would be the Koyasan Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps. Marched many a parade where they also performed. A friend used to be the director. I once got an eye exan at Lense Crafters from a Japanese-American opthamologist that used to play contrabass bugle for them. Made for a fun discussion during the exam. They still exist by the way. They wear all white uniforms and march a few parades in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles and even occationally in Beverly Hills! Dave Schaafsma
