Saving Private Ryan

Post by kingrob76 »

any ideas? I think it was posted here at one point and I know Chester Schmitz was with Boston then (1998), but I was not sure if it was him on the recording. I thought I recalled someone else played that session using the BSO's Nirschl.

I think I remember someone posting that it was Chris Hall of the Met Opera that played on this movie?
Anyone wanna confirm :?:

I believe that Gary Ofenloch played on at least part of the soundtrack.

I seem to recall Chris saying he at least performed on the big Hymn to the Fallen part, plus whatever other cues he worked on when it wasn't Gary.
