Lance was playing his 5/4 Rudy CC and Ellis did the tenor tuba part on his euph.
Get the Montreal recording of Sym Fantastique from around the same time with Lance and Ellis BOTH playing 5/4 Rudys!!!

I have a recording of Montreal doing Tchaik 4 and I was under the impression Dennis Miller was the tubist. Is this not the same guy?

Nope. Montreal Tchaik 4 is all Ellis Wean. The tone production is simply amazing.
